VILLA
We are proud to present Chaihoutes Stone Villa, the place of memorable holidays. The Stone Villa is a recently restored traditional house in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Chaihoutes), few minutes away from the more touristic village of Zia. The location of Agios Dimitrios village and Chaihoutes Residences up in Mt Dikaios commands impressive views of the Aegean Sea and the Turkish coast. The Stone Villa is the best place to be for families or groups of friends who appreciate nature, look for an alternative, better way to enjoy their holiday and would like to immerse in the natural beauty and culture of Kos Island. The house is surrounded by a 6-hectare green garden with many olive trees, other fruit and non-fruit bearing trees and plants, and a farm.
The Stone House is a 110 m2 2-storey residence that can accommodate 4 people. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, is spacious and carefully decorated, and has access to the front balcony. The second bedroom is slightly smaller has a fully equipped spacious bathroom adjacent to it and access to the balcony at the back. The ground floor has a fire place with very comfy armchairs and a coffee table, two different dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen. The design is minimalist with neutral shades, soft lines, carefully selected furniture, and traditional and island architecture details. Our facilities are 100% environmentally friendly as they are fully powered by alternative energy sources / solar energy.
Stone Villa guests have full access to the pool of Chaihoutes Residences and our guests can relax with a dip in the pool or sunbathe. Our guests can also roam in our garden and farm, and taste some of our fresh produce. The Stone House has two terraces-outdoors spaces that can be used to read one’s book and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Other things to know: the hosts are available and happy to provide information and assistance to their guests including help with renting a car. Cleaning service is available on request.
