What is the cancellation policy of Chaihoutes Residences?
There will be no charge (free cancellation) if you inform us of your cancellation more than seven (>7) days before the start date of your stay. If you inform us of your cancellation seven or less (≤7) days before the start date of your stay or in case of “no show” you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your reservation.

The check-in time is after 14.00. The check-out time is until 11.00.
